At the RSNA show, Stamford, CT-based Fujifilm Medical Systems USA will highlight multiple versions of its Fuji CR for Mammography (FCRm) technology, as well as its Multi-Modality Breast Imaging Workstation, which can be used with full-field digital mammography systems, FCRm, and other modalities.

2005 11 04 16 23 18 706In June, Fuji submitted the final module in its FDA premarket approval (PMA) application for FCRm. The module covers software that enables the firm's existing technologist console and ClearView-CS multiplate CR reader to process digital mammography exams. The console and reader are already cleared for general radiography applications.
