Siemens Medical Solutions and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation have collaborated to launch a Web site designed to promote mammography screening compliance.
Called "Change the Statistic," the site encourages women to promise to have their annual mammogram. In addition, all visitors can send e-mail reminders to their loved ones to promise to have regular breast cancer screenings, according to the Malvern, PA-based vendor. Siemens will donate $1 to the Komen Foundation for each of the first 50,000 promises.
