Fuji receives Amerinet contract

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA has received a single-source full-field digital mammography (FFDM) contract from group purchasing organization Amerinet.

The Stamford, CT, firm's computed radiography (CR)-based FFDM systems have been added to the existing Amerinet digital x-ray contract that runs through 2009.

In addition, Fuji and Amerinet are extending a limited-time TargetBuy offer that gives enhanced pricing to Amerinet members purchasing Fuji's line of cassette-based CR systems, DR systems, and FFDM offerings. The promotion now runs through December 31, Fuji said.
