A 65-y-old man with HCC and liver cirrhosis confirmed by MRI. Ga-68 FAPI-46 PET/CT demonstrates increased focal uptake (SUVmax, 13.26, and TBRmax, 2.89) in liver, whereas F-18 FDG-PET/CT scans showed non–F-18 FDG-avid lesion (SUVmax, 3.24, and TBRmax, 1.43), indicated by solid arrows. Additionally, histologically proven adenocarcinoma in colon transversum was identified as pathologic with Ga-68 FAPI-46 alone (dashed arrows).

Acute radiation-induced pneumonitis after SBRT (65 Gy, four fractions) in a 53-year-old woman with leiomyosarcoma of the uterus with a left lower lobe metastasis manifesting as a small nodule (not shown). Note that acute lung injury with SBRT typically manifests later than with conventional RT (i.e., >12 weeks after completion of therapy), and in 25% of patients, the first CT manifestations occur more than one year after completion of RT.
