3TP of White Plains, NY, will demonstrate applications for its visualization software for analyzing dynamic contrast-enhanced MR images.

The company's first application, 3TP-Prostate, uses contrast-enhanced MRI to characterize prostate tissue, producing colorized datasets that are DICOM 3.0-compatible and that can be viewed by a PACS workstation. The software is being evaluated at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

3TP is also rolling out an upgraded version of its 3TP-Breast software, which analyzes dynamic contrast-enhanced breast MR images. The software includes features such as a pixel analysis of a region of interest and a dynamic contrast curve that represents the wash in and wash out properties of contrast media in tissue.

The company's third product is a network server version of the firm's standalone software, which provides integration of multiple viewers and scanners into a single system and allows batch processing without user interaction. All three products have 510(k) clearance, and will begin shipping in the U.S. after their RSNA introduction.
