Advanced visualization firm Vital Images and Toshiba Medical Systems have introduced SurePlaque, a coronary plaque characterization software package.
Developed through a technical collaboration between Vital Images and Tokyo-based Toshiba, SurePlaque is designed to aid in the evaluation, characterization, and quantification of plaque inside the coronary arteries, according to Vital Images of Minneapolis. SurePlaque is available on version 3.9 of Vital Images' Vitrea software.
