Emageon scores IL contract renewal

Image management firm Emageon has received a five-year contract extension from Lake Forest Hospital in Illinois.

Lake Forest has used the Birmingham, AL-based company's ECM (Enterprise Content Manager), advanced visualization viewing software, and professional services since 2001.

The 215-bed community facility is staffed by 625 physicians and is Emageon's longest-standing PACS customer.
