Computer-aided detection firm iCAD of Nashua, NH, has entered into an agreement with institutional investors for a private placement of 1.26 million units of securities at $5 per unit.
Each unit consists of one share of the firm’s common stock and a right, for a limited period of time, to purchase one-quarter share of its common stock at a price of $5 per share. The company expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $5.9 million later today, iCAD said.
