Cloud-based clinical image management company InsiteOne will acquire BRIT Systems.
BRIT designs and deploys innovative RIS/PACS solutions to hospitals, radiology groups, and imaging centers, according to a joint press release. The merger adds BRIT’s cloud native RIS/PACS/VNA to InsiteOne’s product offering. With the acquisition, InSiteOne is replacing prior owner Envision Healthcare in providing customer support for all BRIT products and services, the companies added.
