Swearingen rolls out new RIS software

RIS firm Swearingen Software has released version 5.2 of its RISynergy software.

The new release features a more modern interface and new features such as alerts for patient allergies, a user messaging system, a new manager's worklist, and a new transcriptionist worklist, according to the Houston-based firm.

Other new additions include transcription report addendums, a national mammography database registry data transmission module, a mammography history PDF form, PDF questionnaire features, and an administrator console, Swearingen said.
