NYC clinic signs MedInformatix, ZirMed

Los Angeles-based MedInformatix and ZirMed of Louisville, KY, have been awarded contracts from Lenox Hill Radiology in New York City to install their respective technologies.

MedInformatix will implement its RIS for the practice, while ZirMed will install its Web-based revenue lifecycle management system.

MedInformatix's RIS is a standards-based package that operates from a single Microsoft SQL database. ZirMed's product helps to facilitate the payment process from eligibility to remittance, including check and credit card processing.
