This German PACS provider will bring a Java Web viewer, PACS Broker, and 3-D reconstruction capabilities to the show floor.
Vepro’s Java Webviewer is a platform independent product that provides immediate access to image data using JPEG 2000 technology, according to the Pfungstadt, Germany-based vendor. Image processing capabilities include zoom, window/leveling, flip/rotate, and cine film display.
Another introduction, PACS Broker, provides HIS/RIS/PACS data integration, supporting standards such as HL7, DICOM, SQL, and CORBA, Vepro said. The company has also added 3-D reconstruction, MPR, and MIP capabilities.
