International Teleradiology of San Diego and Templeton Readings of Sparks, MD, have formed an alliance. Although the two firms will maintain their independence and current operating structures, Templeton founder Dr. Philip A. Templeton will become the president of U.S. operations for the alliance, according to the companies.
ITC provides teleradiology services, and nighthawk and overflow coverage. Templeton also provides teleradiology services that include daytime hospital overflow support, outpatient imaging center and night emergency coverage, subspecialist consultations, quality assurance overread programs, and technical solutions.
