Diagnostic medical display developer Planar Systems of Beaverton, OR, has added medical display controller boards from Matrox Graphics of Dorval, Quebec, to its lineup.
Planar has validated and is offering Matrox MED4mp medical display controller boards with its Dome E4c 4-megapixel color displays. When paired with the Matrox MED4mp board including the hardware pivot feature, Dome E4c may be configured in either landscape or portrait modes.
Multiple Dome E4c displays at a single station are also possible by installing multiple Matrox MED4mp boards in the same PC, driving up to four E4c displays from the same system, according to the companies.
