Kodak will showcase its latest CareStream PACS software upgrade, which features streaming capabilities.
The new software release adds new and improved dynamic streaming technology directly into Kodak's diagnostic workstations, according to the Rochester, NY-based vendor. This allows for physicians to utilize advanced visualization and 3D tools, even when reading extremely large studies over various networks speeds, Kodak said.
The new software also includes automated CD/DVD archiving management technology targeted at the entry-tier market, as well as integrated reporting functionality.
