Carestream Health said that it will make its MyVue patient portal available as a cloud service in March.
MyVue, which allows patients to access, manage, and share their medical images and reports with healthcare providers, can also be deployed as an onsite portal for users of Carestream's Vue PACS and Vue Archive offerings, the company said.
Carestream noted that Ferrara Hospital in Italy recently conducted an onsite trade trial of MyVue as an onsite deployment. The hospital reported 98% patient satisfaction with the portal.
