Storage software developer Commvault has unveiled version 10 of its Simpana data management software platform.
Simpana 10 will allow healthcare professionals to rapidly search and retrieve PACS images and electronic records housed in Commvault's ContentStore application, even if the data originated from multiple PACS, according to the company. A centralized archive supports both DICOM and non-DICOM data, Commvault said.
Simpana 10 is available directly from Commvault or through the firm's PartnerAdvantage global network of distribution, channel, and OEM partners.
