Patient management technology firm Eon has introduced software for tracking incidental findings on liver imaging studies.
Making use of the company's artificial intelligence (AI)-based Computational Linguistics technology, Eon's Essential Patient Management (EPM) Liver software module captures and longitudinally tracks incidental liver lesions found on radiology reports from studies performed outside of liver screening.
EPM Liver can identify incidental lesions in radiology reports with 94% accuracy, according to the vendor. In addition, the software can manage at-risk liver screening patients who are participating in testing, enabling practices to manage both groups of patients, the company said.
