Multimodality vendor GE Healthcare has entered into a strategic alliance with healthcare provider Virtua Health of Voorhees, NJ.
Although terms of the agreement were not disclosed, Virtua Health said it would include collaboration in strategic business development, technology optimization, leadership development, and clinical and operational excellence. A transformation of Virtua’s facilities will also play a role in the initiative, eventually merging four hospitals into two regional medical centers located in Mt. Holly and Voorhees.
