CardioDynamics grows revenue in Q1

Impedance cardiography (ICG) developer CardioDynamics of San Diego enjoyed healthy revenue growth in the first quarter of 2008.

For the quarter (end-February 29), net sales increased 22%, from $4.7 million in 2007 to $5.8 million. The company attributed the boost to increased international sales and the average unit sales price of BioZ monitors.

The net loss shrank by 38%, from $1.4 million in first quarter of 2007 to $852,000, according to the company.
