General Electric of Stamford, CT, has closed on its acquisition of patient monitoring, anesthesia, and respiratory care products provider Vital Signs for $860 million.
The Totowa, NJ-based company now becomes part of the clinical systems business of GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
Vital Signs is a global provider of medical products for anesthesia, respiratory, sleep therapy, and emergency medicine.
