Citing the need to bring all its customer service and support organizations under one umbrella, Eastman Kodak Health Imaging has created a single global Services unit, and has named Mario Bucci as its general manager. Bucci, a Kodak vice president and former general manager of the service organization covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia, will manage approximately 1,700 field engineers who will service the firm’s systems worldwide.
