Imaging services provider Alliance Imaging said it expects 2004 first-quarter revenues to range from $99 million to $102 million, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from $37 million to $38 million.
For the full year, the Anaheim, CA-based vendor said it anticipates revenue to range from $410 million to $420 million, with adjusted EBITDA to range from $150 million to $156 million.
Alliance also reaffirmed its financial guidance for the fourth quarter and full year of 2003. Fourth-quarter revenues are expected to range from $98 million to $100 million, with adjusted EBITDA to be at the lower end of the $40.7 million to $42.7 million range. Full-year revenues are expected to range from $412 million to $414 million, with adjusted EBITDA to be at the lower end of the $170 million to $172 million range, according to the firm.
