Imaging services firm Miracor Diagnostics of San Diego reported revenue growth of 21% in its first quarter, while the company's net loss narrowed.
For the period (end-March 31), Miracor recorded revenues of $5.2 million, compared with sales of $4.3 million in the first quarter of 2003. The company's net loss fell to $184,000, compared with $472,000 in the same period of 2003.
The company said that the improving numbers reflect its emphasis on growing same-center results and in improving operating efficiencies. The company opened its 15th imaging center during the quarter, in Orange Park, FL.
