Imaging services provider Alliance Imaging said it expects 2005 revenue to range between $427 million and $437 million.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), adjusted for employment agreement costs and noncash stock-based compensation expenses, is expected to reach $164 million to $170 million, according to the Anaheim, CA-based firm. Earnings per share will range from 44¢ to 51¢ per share.
Alliance also reaffirmed its financial guidance for the 2004 fourth quarter and fiscal year. Fourth-quarter revenue is expected to range from $103.1 million to $107.1 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $37.7 million to $39.7 million. For the year, Alliance predicts revenue of $428 million to $432 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $166 million to $168 million. Final 2004 results are scheduled for release on March 9, 2005.
