Dawn Fearn will become president-elect of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists in June. Fearn is currently director of the Samaritan Regional Cancer Center in Corvallis, OR. She also manages the Mario Pastega House, a low-cost housing facility for hospital patients and family members. Fearn currently serves as vice president of the ASRT, which is based in Albuquerque, NM.
Other newly elected officers are Catherine Parsons as vice president and Cynthia Daniels as secretary-treasurer. Parsons is the administrative director of the medical imaging department at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN. Daniels is the education coordinator at Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health in St. Louis.
