DirectMed Imaging has acquired Tri-Imaging Solutions to create a scaled platform of imaging services and products.
The two companies will merge into an integrated provider of services and products operating under the Tri-Imaging name, offering complementary imaging platforms for healthcare networks, independent service organizations, and equipment manufacturers, according to DirectMed and Tri-Imaging.
The firms said that the newly formed Tri-Imaging will provide a wider range of training, systems, and repair services, as well as an expanded inventory.
The new company will be led by current Tri-Imaging management, DirectMed and Tri-Imaging added.
DirectMed is a provider of aftermarket diagnostic imaging parts, systems, and repair services across MRI, CT, and x-ray modalities; Tri-Imaging Solutions offers data analytics, replacement parts, support, and imaging training programs.
