West Virginia-based Radon Medical Imaging has acquired Majestic Medical Solutions, a medical imaging equipment services provider based in Baton Rouge, LA.
The transaction closed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and expands Radon's geographic footprint into Louisiana and Mississippi. Founded in 2004, Majestic provides installation, maintenance, emergency support, and sales of new and refurbished imaging equipment to hospitals, imaging centers, and private practices, according to Radon.
The deal marks the company's fourth acquisition since partnering with private equity firm 5th Century Partners in 2022. Radon's previous acquisitions include Premier Imaging Medical Systems, Tristate Biomedical Solutions, and Alpha Imaging. Terms of the Majestic transaction were not disclosed.
