Canadian digital x-ray developer Teledyne DALSA plans to launch a new line of x-ray detectors based on indium gallium zinc oxide at the upcoming RSNA meeting.
The new flat panel detector series is called Axios. It offers better diagnosis of medical anomalies by reducing image artifacts and increasing the signal-to-noise ratio, the company said.
Teledyne also plans to showcase its Xineos complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) x-ray detector series at the meeting, it said.
