E-Z-EM CFO resigns

The chief financial officer (CFO) of contrast and virtual colonoscopy accessory developer E-Z-EM has resigned.

The Lake Success, NY, company said that Dennis Curtin has resigned to pursue other business opportunities. Joseph Cacchioli, currently the company's vice president-controller, will serve as acting CFO while the company conducts a formal search for a permanent replacement.
