Improved sales of CT imaging products and injector systems resulted in record revenues for E-Z-EM in fiscal year 2007 (end-June 2).
The Lake Success, NY-based contrast and virtual colonoscopy developer notched net sales of $137.8 million from continuing operations for the 12-month period, compared with $137.1 million in fiscal year 2006. Earnings from continuing operations were $8.6 million, compared with $8.1 million in the prior fiscal year.
In the fiscal fourth quarter, net sales from continuing operations slipped to $36.7 million, compared with $36.8 million in the previous fiscal year’s fourth quarter. Earnings from continuing operations rose to $2.8 million, compared with $1.6 million in the year-ago quarter.
