Computer-aided detection (CAD) firm iCAD has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for its VeraLook CAD offering for virtual colonoscopy (also known as CT colonography or CTC) exams.
Now commercially available in the U.S., VeraLook was introduced in Europe last year by the Nashua, NH-based firm.
