Portable scanner developer NeuroLogica said it has amicably settled its lawsuit against medical imaging firm Analogic.
The suit claimed that certain allegations and investigations initiated by Analogic were unfounded, had caused financial harm to NeuroLogica, and were damaging to the reputation of NeuroLogica's founders, according to NeuroLogica.
Analogic's allegations and investigations have been terminated, however, and each party has released the other from all legal claims in accordance with a confidential, mutually agreeable settlement, NeuroLogica said.
