Royal Philips, parent company of Philips Healthcare, announced it has launched its IQon spectral CT scanner in Canada.
IQon uses a spectral CT detector with color quantification, identifying photons of high energy and low energy simultaneously. It provides layers of retrospective, diagnostic data in a single, low-dose scan with integration into existing hospital system protocols, the company said.
