Wuestec enhances pay-per-use program

Digital radiography vendor Wuestec has expanded its pay-per-use digital radiography program to include other digital features, such as image streaming, image storage, data conversion, and film digitizing. Wuestec debuted the initial pay-per-use DR program in late 2000.

The company said it developed the new program to guarantee participants a minimum 50% profit margin per procedure based on typical reimbursement. The new program will also be sold by a national network of over 35 dealers specializing in film and related disposables, according to the Mobile, AL-based vendor.
