Swissray, IDC reach settlement

Digital radiography developer Swissray International said litigation has been resolved in its suit against Canadian digital x-ray developer Imaging Dynamics (IDC), according to the Elizabeth, NJ-based vendor.

In a statement released this morning, Swissray chairman and CEO Terry Ross said that the terms of the settlement are confidential between the parties.
