Canadian digital imaging developer DALSA of Waterloo, Ontario, said it has received a $3 million (U.S.) contract to provide high-performance image sensor ships to a medical OEM.
DALSA will supply its charge-coupled device (CCD) sensors to the vendor, which the firm declined to name. The company said that one-third of production is planned for delivery in 2005, half in 2006, and the rest in 2007.
