Medical informatics firm CompuMed reports that the first OsteoGram-enhanced DirectView DR 3000 digital x-ray system by Eastman Kodak Health Group of Rochester, NY, has been installed in Wuxi, China.
CompuMed's OsteoGram is a software-based system for the screening, diagnosing, and monitoring of osteoporosis. Earlier this year, the Los Angeles-based firm announced a licensing agreement that enables Kodak Electronic Products Shanghai to integrate its digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) systems with CompuMed's proprietary OsteoGram software.
