Rayence to highlight universal DR unit at AHRA 2015

Digital radiography (DR) technology developer Rayence plans to highlight its RU-3000 universal DR system at the upcoming AHRA meeting in Las Vegas.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cleared RU-3000 in April. The system features a small footprint and compact design, with dual telescoping arm movement that enables installation in settings with ceiling heights of only 8 ft.

It also offers fully motorized movements for source-to-image distance, arm rotation, height, and detector angle, which can be automatically programmed to user-specific positions using the touchscreen, a handheld remote control, or the technologist workstation, the company said.
