Carestream Health has completed the installation of six DRX-Evolution systems and nine DRX-Revolution mobile x-ray systems at VCU Medical Center in Richmond, VA, along with the conversion of three room-based imaging systems to digital radiography (DR).
The three conversions used DRX-1 in-room retrofits and Carestream's DRX detectors.
The imaging systems will handle approximately 160,000 imaging procedures annually by the hospital's orthopedic, pediatric, and trauma specialists and other physicians.
