Artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Subtle Medical has received a grant to develop an AI-powered algorithm called SubtleIR that can be used to reduce radiation dose in fluoroscopy exams.
Funded by a U.S. National Institutes of Health Small Business Innovation Research grant, SubtleIR is an investigational application aimed at achieving a six-time reduction in radiation dose used in fluoroscopy exams.
