VIENNA - Siemens Medical Solutions introduced an updated version of its mobile C-arm device, Siremobil Compact L, at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) this week.
Siremobil Compact L features an improved user interface that allows the preview of individual images or image series via a separate image bar. Also included are an expanded operating menu, a revised imaging system, and a new 1K image matrix for image processing, display, and communication, according to the Erlangen, Germany-based vendor.
A Memoskop feature enables the device to store up to 5,000 images, and DICOM capabilities allow the system to send images via a network or burn them to storage media such as a CD, the company said.
