Cook Medical debuts iMRI division

Interventional device firm Cook Medical has launched a new Interventional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (iMRI) division.

The company is developing a portfolio of minimally invasive devices to meet the demands of interventional MRI. The new division will collaborate with physicians and hospitals.

Cook Medical has appointed Peter Polverini as vice president of iMRI, it said.
