Medtronic submits PMA for Talent Thoracic

Interventional technology firm Medtronic has submitted the final module of a premarket approval (PMA) application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Talent Thoracic stent-graft system.

Talent Thoracic provides a treatment option to open surgery for patients with aneurysm in the upper portion of the aorta, according to the Minneapolis-based firm.
