Interventional device developers Boston Scientific of Natick, MA, and Medtronic of Minneapolis have announced the settlement of two lawsuits and an agreement to end three others, according to Boston Scientific.
All the disputes involved intellectual property in the fields of interventional cardiology and endovascular repair. The settlement stops all current litigation between the two companies.
Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, Boston Scientific said the agreements will not have a material impact on its financial results.
