Merit Medical posted 7.8% increase in revenue in the third quarter of 2024 compared with Q3 2023.
For the period (end-September 30), the company reported revenue of $339.8 million compared with $315.2 million in 2023. Net income was $28.4 million compared with $25.8 million last year.
The company reported growth in its cardiovascular segment of 5.5%, from $306 million in 2023 to $322.8 million this year. Its peripheral intervention segment saw a 7.4% increase in revenue ($137.9 million compared with $128.3 million in 2023); its cardiac intervention segment, an increase of 1.9% ($90.7 million compared with $89.1 million); its custom procedural solutions, an increase of 4.4% ($50.7 million compared with $48.6 million); and its OEM products segment an 8.5% increase (43.3 million compared with $39.9 million).
For the quarter, Merit's endoscopy segment posted $37.3 million in revenue compared with $27.5 million in 2023.
