Canadian firm Draxis Health of Mississauga, Ontario, reported declines in consolidated revenues and earnings in the company's financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2007 (end-June 30).
Revenues for the second quarter were $19.4 million, a decline of 20% compared to $24.3 million for the same period of 2006. For the six months, revenues were $40.4 million, down 7% compared to $43.3 million in 2006.
Net income for the second quarter was $1.6 million, compared to $3.6 million in second quarter of 2006; net income for the first six months of 2007 was $3.6 million, compared to $5.3 million in 2006.
