Robert Spurr, Lantheus Medical Imaging vice president of sales and marketing, has resigned effective July 25.
Spurr is leaving Lantheus to pursue other career opportunities, according to the firm. Cyrille Villeneuve, vice president and general manager, international, will assume responsibility for sales and marketing of the vendor's products in the U.S. while Lantheus considers alternative replacements.
