Thanks to a good performance from its Digirad Imaging Solutions business, nuclear medicine firm Digirad reported revenue growth and a lower net loss in its second quarter.
For the period (end-June 30), the vendor had revenue of $14.2 million, up from $13.2 million last year. Digirad had a net loss of $200,000, compared with a net loss of $3.1 million in the second quarter of 2010.
Camera sales were flat in the second quarter, impacted by a generally weak capital equipment marketplace, Digirad said.
