FluoroPharma taps new CFO

Imaging agent developer FluoroPharma Medical said it has appointed a new chief financial officer (CFO).

Tamara Rhein has been promoted to the post and will report directly to Thijs Spoor, FluoroPharma's chairman, president, and CEO.

Rhein joined FluoroPharma in 2011 as controller; prior to FluoroPharma, she was controller of Manhattan Pharmaceuticals. Rhein also managed accounting and reporting functions at Vyteris and was vice president of new business at Credit Suisse First Boston, according to FluoroPharma.
